When establishing our university, we adopted the slogan 'butterfly effect' and named it 'Atlas', hoping that one day in the future, small steps will have big results.
Atlas University, which started its academic journey in 2018 by admitting its first students in 2020, directs research and science with its strong academic staff and innovative style; With an approach that embraces universal values, it aims to provide valid and usable information for the benefit of society and humanity through national and international research in the light of science.
Atlas University comprises six faculties in total: the Faculty of Medicine, the Faculty of Dentistry with a 65-unit center and its Applied Research Center, the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences with its facilities for learning and shaping future technologies, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences aiming to teach students how to view and solve the needs of humanity and society from different perspectives, both theoretically and practically, the Faculty of Health Sciences, and the Faculty of Arts, Design and Architecture. It also has a Vocational School and a Graduate Education Institute. The campus, covering approximately 110.000 m² of indoor and outdoor space, is home to over 10.000 students. Atlas University supports its applied education approach with the strong clinical infrastructure of its Faculty of Medicine Hospital and Faculty of Dentistry Hospital, offering students the opportunity to reinforce their education with real-life experience. Furthermore, through collaborations with approximately 80 universities and institutions in various countries around the world, primarily in the USA and Europe, it provides its students and academics with international education, research, and exchange opportunities.
