Club establishment applications are completed within the first 9 weeks of the beginning of the academic year. In order for students who want to establish a club to apply for establishment, they must apply for a club that will operate for a purpose different from the purposes of our current clubs, have at least 10 founding members who meet the membership requirements, appoint one person from among the full-time academic staff as the club advisor, and complete the documents they will obtain from the Health, Culture and Sports Department. Applications are submitted to the Student Activities Coordinatorship and active clubs are determined in line with the decisions taken.
