Dr. Kay Toomey is a Pediatric Psychologist who has worked with children with eating problems for nearly 30 years. Currently Toomey & Associates Inc. He continues his duties as President and Clinical Consultant for the STAR Institute Nutrition Clinic.
Dr. Erin Sundseth Ross is a Speech Language Therapist with a PhD in Healthcare Research Clinical Sciences. Dr. SOFFI Method used in neonatal intensive care units. Ross developed it.
