The 2nd Alumni Day Gathering, organized by the Istanbul Atlas University Student Dean's Office and Career Center, brought together graduates from all faculties and colleges as well as academics.
Istanbul Atlas University Rector Prof. Dr. Ersoy Kocabıçak, in his speech at the event, stated that they came together to reunite the large Atlas family, shaped around shared memories, strong bonds, and the same values, saying, “Universities are institutions that grow with their graduates, are strengthened by their successes, and maintain the bonds established between them for many years. We proudly follow your work and professional achievements and consider you one of the most valuable assets of our university.”
Stating that the university's doors are always open to its graduates, Prof. Dr. Ersoy Kocabıçak said, “This is not just an institution where you received an education; it is your home where you invested your efforts, forged friendships, shaped your dreams, and always belonged. Seeing you again on our campus and sharing the same excitement and bond is extremely valuable to us. I hope this reunion will renew old friendships and further strengthen the bond between our university and our graduates.”
A panel discussion was held for graduates of the Faculty of Dentistry.
At the Faculty of Dentistry Alumni Panel held in the Dr. Ralph A. DeFronzo Auditorium, alumni shared their experiences with students.
In his opening speech, the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Prof. Dr. Selim Arıcı, stated that this gathering, which brings together graduates and dental students, is very valuable and that students should definitely benefit from the experiences of the graduates.
