As part of an event planned by the Software Engineering Department, Dr. Turgay Karlıdere, a faculty member at Istanbul Atlas University, will meet with students. The event will comprehensively address the ethical, legal, and technical aspects of artificial intelligence technologies within the framework of a responsible AI approach.
Participants will have the opportunity to evaluate the artificial intelligence transformation, which has accelerated since November 2022, from various perspectives; they will also gain practical knowledge on data management, algorithmic risks, human oversight, international ethical principles, legal regulations, and technical control mechanisms. Intended to guide students interested in the responsible use of AI, particularly in the fields of media, communication, and digital production, the event will offer a productive learning environment where theoretical knowledge meets current examples and practical discussions.
