Faculty members working in EU Member states or third countries associated (Annex 1) to the programme can come to ATLAS University within the scope of teaching mobility. Within the scope of staff teaching mobility, it is also possible to invite staff working in an establishment located in one of those countries to teach students at an ECHE holding higher education institution in Turkey. The personnel to be invited to give lessons from the enterprise must be employed in a foreign enterprise, training center, research center or another institution that fits the definition of enterprise. In this context, what is meant by an eligible enterprise is any private or public institution/organization and any enterprise engaged in any economic activity, including social economy, regardless of their size, legal status and the economic sector in which they operate. The person to be invited by paying the grant from the Erasmus mobility budget of an ECHE holding higher education institution in Turkey cannot be from an ECHE holding higher education institution in the EU Member states or third countries associated to the programme.
Academic personnel who want to come within the scope of teaching mobility examine the inter-institutional agreement lists and check if the agreement with their units covers the teaching mobility and the foreign language condition specified in the form. These personnel, who meet the application and selection criteria of the universities they belong to within the framework of the rules in the Program Guide 2022, apply by sending the form FR -351 INCOMING PERSONNEL INFORMATION FORM to the Erasmus Office (firstname.lastname@example.org ).
The activity of the academic personnel, which is approved by the relevant unit coordinator and unit director, must be at least 2 consecutive working days and at least 8 hours, excluding travel. If the staff working in an establishment located in one of the program countries is invited to teach students at a higher education institution with ECHE in Turkey, the minimum mobility period is 1 day, excluding travel days, and there is no minimum class hour application.
If the relevant unit coordinator and unit manager approve, a letter of acceptance is sent to the applicant.
