Admission of students to Istanbul Atlas University programs from other higher education institutions in Türkiye or abroad through inter-institutional horizontal transfer and intra-institutional horizontal transfer is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Council of Higher Education's "Regulation on the Principles of Transfer Between Associate and Undergraduate Degree Programs in Higher Education Institutions, Double Major, Minor and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer" and the Istanbul Atlas University Horizontal Transfer Directive.
