The winners of the Atlas Store T-shirt Design Competition, organized by Atlas University Vocational School, have been announced.
The award ceremony, held at X Lab, was attended by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Abdülhalim Şenyiğit, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Design and Architecture Prof. Dr. Eylem Şimşek, and Director of the Vocational School Lecturer İlkay Altunsoy, as well as faculty members and students.
74 designs from 8 different categories competed.
A total of 74 t-shirt designs from 8 different departments were evaluated in the competition. At the ceremony, the students who won prizes in the competition received their awards.
Sude Özçifçi from the Vocational School's Graphic Design Program won first place in the competition; İrem Gökçe and Enes İzmir, students from the Visual Communication Design Department of the Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture, came in second and third place respectively.
We aimed to unleash the creative potential of our students.
Mustafa Güney, Head of the Graphic Design Program at the Vocational School, stated, “We organized the Atlas Store T-shirt Design Competition to unleash our students' creative potential and to make visible original designs that reflect the corporate identity of Istanbul Atlas University. At the same time, with this competition, we aimed to enable our students to contribute to the branding process of our university and to strengthen their sense of belonging to our institution.”
