Interview about Transitioning to Nursing via DGS (Graduate Entrance Exam) at Vocational Schools

Our university's Vocational School's Operating Room Services and Anesthesia Programs organized a discussion event titled "Transition to Nursing via DGS" to contribute to our students' academic and professional development.

At the event, Specialist Nurse Seda Nur Sungur from Koç University Hospital, who successfully graduated from the Nursing department after transferring from the Operating Room Services and Anesthesia Programs of the Vocational School via the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS), shared her experiences with our students. The discussion covered topics such as the DGS preparation and motivation process, effective study methods, resource selection, time management, and the challenges encountered during the university transition process.

In this event, which attracted great interest from students, the questions that participants were curious about were answered in detail during the question-and-answer session. Participants had the opportunity to gain important information about both the exam process and nursing education and academic adaptation.

The program concluded with the presentation of certificates of appreciation and a group photo session, following insightful discussions with our students.
