He stated that connecting students with the industry while they are still studying is one of their primary goals, adding that they contribute to students' close acquaintance with the business world and aim to cultivate graduates equipped with strong communication skills.
The fair, organized in coordination with the Student Dean's Office and the Career Center and held in the Valley Campus Entrance Foyer Area, provided students with the opportunity to get to know career opportunities closely and establish professional connections.

In his speech at the opening of the fair, Istanbul Atlas University Rector Prof. Dr. Ersoy Kocabıçak emphasized the importance the university places on students' career development.
Stating that the Career Fair plays an important role in preparing students for professional working life, Prof. Dr. Ersoy Kocabıçak said, “Our Career Fair, which was held this year with the participation of more than 40 companies, will enable our students to communicate directly with sector representatives, shape their career plans more consciously, and prepare for professional working life.”

According to the University Monitoring and Evaluation General Report published by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), Atlas University ranked 6th in Turkey in terms of the employment rate of its graduates within the first 6 months. This success is an important indicator of our determined approach to preparing our students for working life.”
