Therefore, we see our Spring Festival as a special time when we celebrate both the enthusiasm of May 19th and our founding anniversary together.”
At Istanbul Atlas University's Vadi Campus, students preparing to leave behind a busy academic term took a short break with a variety of colorful activities under the slogan "May is Different at Atlas".

The Spring Festival, held in the Atlas Green Area, began with an opening speech by Atlas University Rector Prof. Dr. Ersoy Kocabıçak.
Prof. Dr. Ersoy Kocabıçak stated that the Spring Festival, prepared with great excitement under the motto "May is Different at Atlas," was met with great enthusiasm, adding that May is a much more special and meaningful month for the university. Prof. Dr. Ersoy Kocabıçak continued as follows:
“Today, we are all experiencing the energy of youth, friendship, music, fun, and the joy of being together on our campus. Because we know that university life gains meaning not only through academic achievements but also through shared memories, friendships, and moments spent together. Our Spring Festival perfectly reflects this spirit.”
The value that May 19th embodies makes this spirit even more meaningful.
Prof. Dr. Ersoy Kocabıçak said, "What makes this spirit even more meaningful is the value that May 19th carries. Atatürk's gift of this significant day to the youth is the strongest indication of his trust in them. You, too, keep this spirit alive with your energy, dreams, and faith in the future."

Noting that Istanbul Atlas University is a large family with over 10 students today, more than 4 of whom are international students, Prof. Dr. Ersoy Kocabıçak said, “This structure, where different cultures come together, truly creates a special harmony. You may sometimes hear different languages on our campus, but the common language of them all is friendship.”

The "Spring Festival" held at Atlas Green Area brought joyful moments to the campus. Students shared the energy of spring together through music, events, and social activities. Students danced to popular songs at a concert given by Can Ozan. Istanbul Atlas University General Secretary Yaşar Ös presented Can Ozan with a plaque.
“International Day” Brought Cultures Together
The “International Day” event, held on Wednesday, May 13th at the Atlas Garden Area, brought together different cultures. The event, organized with the participation of international students, featured cultural exchanges, various activities, and colorful scenes.

Prof. Dr. Ersoy Kocabıçak said, “Today, there are more than 20 country stands here, all prepared with great effort and enthusiasm by you. Each of these stands has its own unique identity. My dear students, you bring new cultures, new ideas, and great energy to our university. This makes Atlas even stronger and more beautiful.
