It serves to record and evaluate students' requests, opinions, suggestions and complaints, to reach a reasonable conclusion to the problems conveyed in the shortest time, to follow up on the issues conveyed to the relevant units, and to ensure that the process is completed in line with the evaluations and suggestions made. Our students can forward all kinds of requests and suggestions from the "Solution Center" tab in the MyAtlas application and follow up on them.
