Club establishment applications must be completed within the first 9 weeks of the start of the academic year. To be eligible to apply, students wishing to establish a club must: request a club with a purpose different from existing clubs; have at least 10 founding members meeting the membership requirements; designate a full-time academic staff member as the club advisor; and complete all required documents obtained from the Student Dean's Office. Applications are submitted to the Student Activities Coordination Office, and active clubs are determined based on the decisions made.
