Our Core Values
The institutional values, which are the most important guides that reveal our university's vision for the future, determine the way of doing business, and regulate the communication and relationships between internal and external stakeholders, are formed as follows.
- Commitment to ethical values: Istanbul Atlas University students respect social, political and cultural values; they act in accordance with the law and business ethics rules and are transparent. They attach great importance to honesty, open communication and fair management in all their relations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Commitment to human rights and universal values: Istanbul Atlas University students aim to create a work environment that respects human rights and to increase the awareness and consciousness of internal and external stakeholders by spreading this understanding. Istanbul Atlas University students strive to fulfill the requirements of the Labor Law, as well as the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which Turkey is a party to, and the basic principles of the International Labor Organization and the international agreements to which our country is a party.
