As Atlas University, we aim to position our institution in the entrepreneurship eco-system, within the framework of the university's founding philosophy, and we continue our work and activities in this direction.

In line with these purposes, we provide effective and continuous service to our academicians, students and other entrepreneurs in our target audience within the scope of Entrepreneurship and Incorporation Activities. Our most basic service, which we set out to establish TTO in 2021, is the Atlas TTO Pre-Incubation Program. Our other services within the scope of Entrepreneurship and Incorporation Activities; We plan and rapidly continue our activities with a service approach specific to the founding philosophy, in the form of awareness events and trainings, commercial and legal consultancy services to our student entrepreneurs/entrepreneurs and academics, information about the (BİGG) Individual Young Enterprise Program and guidance to implementing organizations.

SERVICES OFFERED BY ATLAS INCUBATION TEAM

¬ The Marketing and Promotion Office, which will be opened within the scope of the Atlas University Entrepreneurship and Incubation Program support program, will provide solutions to the demands of entrepreneurs on many different issues, from branding to strategy development, from product market compatibility activities to advertising space selection, regarding the marketing and company promotion activities in which entrepreneurs have the most problems. offers. The marketing and promotion office manages product, service, price, distribution and promotion activities with an integrated approach, combining a customer-oriented approach with a holistic marketing approach.

¬ It is of great importance for entrepreneurs to carry out design management effectively and quickly in order to meet customer demands and needs and to provide products and services that aim to reach new customers with new products. The Design Office, which will be opened within the scope of Atlas University Entrepreneurship and Incubation Program support offices, carries out activities to meet all the design needs of entrepreneurs, including corporate identity studies, sales promotion and marketing materials and investor presentations, with the sensitivity of a professional design agency.

¬ In the entrepreneurship ecosystem, there is a strong need for mentoring and consultancy support, as well as academic support, at the point of transforming innovative ideas from projects into products. Atlas University Entrepreneurship and Incubation Program will be opened to meet this need of entrepreneurs, with the Mentoring and Consultancy Office, by determining what startups need in the specific areas they work, providing rapid solutions to these needs, providing guidance, commercializing their products/services and requesting cooperation with the power of effective and permanent collaborations. It will enable them to access organizations that provide information much faster. Mentoring and Counseling Office; While minimizing the costs and risks that may arise by predicting and preventing the mistakes that the entrepreneur will make during the growth and development phase; It offers valuable solutions that will contribute greatly to its success by strengthening its financial structure with its advice on sales, finding customers, and getting the right investment.

¬ It offers effective, professional and low-cost optimum solutions to entrepreneurs on everything from basic legal consultancy services that entrepreneurs will need to advanced legal issues such as company articles of association and investor cooperation and partnership agreements.

¬ One of the most vital mistakes entrepreneurs make in the early stages is to consider financial issues as secondary and not pay enough attention to them. However, one of the most important functions of a business is income-expense balance, liquidity, etc. Financial values ​​provide enterprises with the opportunity to plan and project for the future, to show the possible problems they may encounter, to take precautions and to produce solutions in advance. In this sense, the Finance Office helps entrepreneurs determine their pre- and post-investment value by providing great foresight in creating financial projections and accessing alternative investment resources.

PRE-INCUBATION CENTER

Entrepreneurs who have an innovative idea and want to turn this idea into a business model and become entrepreneurs, or who have developed their innovative product/service by converting their innovative business idea into a business model, can apply to the pre-incubation center. With the entrepreneur's admission to the Pre-Incubation centre, the entrepreneur has the opportunity to access the Pre-Incubation Entrepreneurship (PRE-INCUB) program services offered by the Pre-Incubation centre.

INCUBATION CENTER

Entrepreneurs who have introduced their innovative product/service to their first customer and established their company can apply to the Incubation Center. With the entrepreneur's admission to the Incubation center, the entrepreneur has the opportunity to access the Incubation Entrepreneurship (INCUB) program services offered by the Incubation center.
