With modern treatments developing in the medical world, the prolongation of the course of chronic diseases and the increase in the average life expectancy accordingly, the need for healthcare services has increased gradually in diseases related to many organ failure, especially kidney failure. Today, the number of dialysis units that can meet the needs of kidney patients is increasing, however, there is a need for qualified personnel who can meet this increase.
