History

Istanbul Atlas University Vocational School Medical Laboratory Techniques Program started its education life by accepting its first students in the 2021-2022 Academic Year. Medical Laboratory Techniques Program started the same academic year with 39 students. There are a total of 2024 students registered in the program in the 2025-126 Academic Year. Since its establishment, the program has been updated with the awareness of continuous improvement to meet the changing needs in the health sector. In this context, it has been strengthened in the student-centered education focus with the multidisciplinary laboratory on the university campus for pre-clinical preparation and clinical practices at Istanbul Atlas University Hospital in both semesters of the 2nd year.
