Literature establishes relationships with many branches of science and art, but these relationships never reach the level of "literature's relationship with psychology". Literature and Psychology strive to approach the nature of man by comprehending him as a whole. When looked at in isolation from method and technical elements, it can be seen that both disciplines are fields of study that strive to understand the human soul, to look more closely at the subconscious processes that direct its thoughts, behaviors and emotions, and to see it as a whole without separating it from its environment.

Literature and Psychology, which are two branches that aim to understand people and their lives, should not be considered as distant from each other.
