Industrial Property, with its general definition, is on behalf of the first implementers of inventions, innovations, new designs and original works in industry and agriculture; It is an intangible right that allows the marks on the goods produced and sold in the field of commerce to distinguish the producer or seller to be registered in the name of their owners, and thus the first adopters to have the right to produce and sell the product for a certain period of time. Industrial Property rights include patents, utility models, trademarks and designs. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights; These are the rights that protect the commercial rights of the work, trademark and inventor.

As Atlas TTO, our main aim is to contribute to the transformation of the scientific potential at Atlas University into an economic added value by transferring it to the industry and to ensure sustainable and profitable cooperation based on mutual trust between the academicians at the university and the industrialists by directing the companies in the region to R&D and innovation studies.

To this end;

¬ Providing project consultancy services (project writing, execution, reporting) to Atlas University Academicians and industrial enterprises,

¬ Developing projects by benefiting from national and international grant and support programs for R&D/Product Development-based studies of industrial organizations,

¬ Presenting, implementing and eventually commercializing the scientific studies of Atlas University Academicians to the sectors in need,

¬ Directing the requests from Industrial Organizations to the relevant academician with expertise in the subject at the university and ensuring that project and production consultancy services are received,

¬ Construction of university-industry meeting areas,

¬ To create an industrial needs analysis report in the light of the information obtained during regular industrialist visits in order to identify the problems of industrial establishments,

¬ Providing services such as contract management, legal consultancy, follow-up of financial issues, etc. in projects that have reached the cooperation stage. activities are carried out.
