Selecting and Changing the Healthcare Organization

Patient; He/she has the right to choose the health institution and organization and to benefit from the health services provided in the health institution he/she chooses, provided that the procedures and conditions stipulated by the legislation to which he/she is subject are complied with.

Recognizing, Selecting and Changing Personnel

Upon request, the patient is informed about the identities, duties and titles of the physicians and other staff who are providing or providing health care.

The patient has the right to freely choose the personnel who will provide him/her with health care, to change the physician responsible for his/her treatment, and to request the consultation of other physicians.

When the right to choose the personnel, change the physician and request consultation is used, the fee difference determined by the legislation is covered by the patient who uses these rights.

Upon request, a religious officer who is in line with their religious beliefs is invited to give religious advice to patients and support them spiritually, provided that they do not cause any disruption in the institution's services, do not disturb others, and do not interfere in any way with the medical treatment organized and carried out by the staff.

Respect for Humanitarian Values ​​and Visit

The patient has the right to benefit from health services in a manner and environment appropriate to his/her personality values.

In health institutions and organizations, it is essential to provide all kinds of hygienic conditions that are worthy of human dignity and to eliminate noise and all other disturbing factors. If necessary, these issues can be made subject to demand by the patient.

The acceptance of patient visitors is carried out in accordance with the procedures and principles determined by the institution or organization and in a way that does not cause any actions or attitudes that will disturb the peace and tranquility of the patients, and the necessary precautions are taken in this regard.

Accompanying Person

To assist the patient during examination and treatment; To the extent permitted by the legislation and institutional facilities and required by the patient's health condition, a companion may be requested, subject to the approval of the physician responsible for the treatment.

Right to Application, Complaint and Lawsuit

The patient and those related to the patient have all kinds of application, complaint and lawsuit rights within the framework of the legislation in case of violation of patient rights.

PATIENT AND RELATIVES RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing Information

The patient must provide complete and accurate information to the physicians and nurses responsible for providing medical services about his/her current complaints, previous illnesses, whether he/she was hospitalized during these illnesses, the treatments applied, the medications he/she used and the issues related to his/her health.

The patient must inform the authorized physician of any unexpected changes in his or her condition during and after treatment.

Complying with Recommendations

Our patient is also obliged to comply with the treatment plan recommended by the physician responsible for his treatment and to accept that the relevant healthcare personnel fulfill the care plan in accordance with the physician's instructions.

Refusing Planned Treatment

Our patient is responsible for the consequences of refusing the treatment planned by his physician.

Complying with Health Institution Rules

Our patients are responsible for complying with the rules and practices of our healthcare institution.

Showing Respect

Our patients are responsible for acting in accordance with the measures and rules to be taken by the hospital in disturbing situations such as noise, visitors and smoke that endanger the patients and their relatives in the health institution.

Infection Control

Our patients and their relatives are responsible for being sensitive about all the precautions recommended to them to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.

Payment Responsibility

Our patients are responsible for paying examination and treatment expenses. Patients and their relatives who deliberately damage fixtures and consumables have the responsibility to pay for this.
